Enabling Cookies

If you are having trouble downloading our documents from the website it could be because you do not have cookies enabled on your computer.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x

  1. Under the “Tools” menu, click “Internet Options”
  2. Click the “Privacy” tab
  3. Click the “Advanced” button
  4. Move the lever so the level is not higher than “Medium”
  5. Click “OK”

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x

  1. Under the “Tools” menu, click “Internet Options”
  2. Click the “Privacy” tab
  3. Click the “Advanced” button
  4. Put a check mark in the Box for “Override Automatic Cookie Handling”
  5. At the bottom, put another check mark in the “Always accept session cookies”
  6. Click “OK”

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x

  1. In Internet Explorer, click “Internet Options” on the “Tools” menu.
  2. In the “Security” dialog box, click on the globe for “Internet”.
  3. Click “Enable” under “Allow cookies that are stored on your computer”.
  4. Click OK until you return to Internet Explorer.

Mozilla Firefox 2.x

  1. Open the “Tools” menu and select “Options.”
  2. Click the “Privacy” icon on the left hand side of the dialog box.
  3. Select “Accept cookies from sites”
  4. Select “Keep cookies until they expire”
  5. Click “OK.”

Mozilla Firefox 1.x

  1. Open the “Tools” menu and select “Options.”
  2. Click the “Privacy” icon on the left hand side of the dialog box.
  3. Select “Allow sites to set cookies” and “For the originating website only”.
  4. Select “Keep cookies until they expire”
  5. Click “OK.”

Netscape Communicator 7.x

  1. Open the “Edit” menu and select “Preferences.”
  2. In the “Preferences” window, select “Privacy and Security” and then “Cookies”.
  3. Select “Enable All Cookies” or “Enable cookies for the originating website only”.
  4. Click “OK.”
